Usage Limits & Grace Periods
Understanding plan limits and how grace periods work
Vote Limits
Each plan has a monthly vote limit. When you reach 100% of your limit, a 3-day grace period begins:
Under 100%
All votes are processed normally
100-150% (Grace Period)
When you reach 100% of your monthly limit:
- A 3-day grace period automatically starts
- Votes are still processed up to 150% of your limit
- You'll receive warnings encouraging you to upgrade
- Admin notifications are sent via Discord (if configured)
Over 150% or Grace Expired
After the grace period expires or if you exceed 150%:
- New votes are silently ignored (return 200 OK but not processed)
- This prevents vote providers from retrying
- You must upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle
Grace Period Timeline
Day 1
100% Reached- Grace period starts (3 days)
- Admin notification sent
- Dashboard shows warning
Day 1-3
During Grace Period- Votes between 100-150% are accepted
- Warning shown in dashboard
- Encouraged to upgrade
Day 4+
Grace Period Expired- New votes silently ignored
- Must upgrade or wait for next billing cycle
Any Time
Over 150%Votes beyond 150% are always silently ignored, even during grace period

Monitoring Usage
Track your usage in real-time:
- View usage meters on the Dashboard
- Check detailed usage in Settings → Billing
- Receive warnings at 80% and 100% of your limit
- Get notifications when grace period starts and ends
Important Notes
- Silent Ignoring: Votes that exceed limits return
200 OKbut are not processed. This prevents vote providers from retrying and ensures a smooth user experience. - Grace Period Reset: The grace period resets on your next billing cycle when usage counters are reset.
- Upgrade Anytime: You can upgrade your plan at any time to immediately increase your limits.
