Yes! The Starter plan is free forever with 500 votes/month, 3 providers, and basic Discord notifications. No credit card required.

What happens if I exceed my vote limit?

When you reach 100%, you get a 3-day grace period to upgrade (up to 150% of your limit). After the grace period, new votes are silently ignored until the next billing cycle.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades are immediate with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

With the VotePipe plugin, votes are queued and delivered when the player comes online. With callbacks, failed requests are retried automatically. Pro+ plans get delayed retries over 1-4 hours.

Server callbacks send vote data to your game server's REST API via HTTP POST. You configure the callback URL, authentication (Bearer token), and custom JSON payload template. Votes trigger callbacks automatically, with retries if your server is offline. Available on Growth+ plans.
